Over the last 3 years, IRP has been working closely with numerous Bakeries in South Africa in developing a unique chain and belting series that is set to replace outdated stainless steel chain used in the bakery industry to date.
This chain and belting series, called the 2540 HPP series, has been extensively tested in the harshest of environments in the bakery industry with overwhelming success.
IRP have been the first to initiate and implement projects of this nature with this kind of chain and belting series in the Bakery industry, and have since developed numerous specific injection moulding tools in order to produce the full range needed to replace any stainless steel chain used in any current bakery application.
With now over 30 new conversions in different Bakeries over the last 12 months, IRP’s 2540 HPP series is fast becoming the major commodity by adding numerous benefits to the Bakery industry when it comes to conveying.
